Description
A good strong set of eight (6+2) Georgian Mahogany Ladderback dining chairs. Circa 1790 Simple yet sophisticated and from Britains finest century of furniture design. Only minor restorations for their 240 years and sturdy enough for the next 240. The drop in seats are ok but are the easiest of upholstery jobs should you want to change them. Badly out of fashion at the moment and would have cost more in the 1980s. Do you buy at the top of the market or the bottom?
