A Fine Tudor Portrait of a Lady - Oil Painting

This is a stunning old master portrait depicting a lady in Tudor dress with ruff and head dress. The work is unsigned but I have a feeling that this is a period work of art dating circa 1600s. It is executed in oils on canvas and measures 14x12 inches and comes unframed. Considering its age it is in fine condition. There are some old knocks and blemishes in places as you can see from the images, but I am sure you will agree that this is a quality painting. At some point in its history it has had some professional restoration as can be seen from the restorers label on the back. To me this looks Dutch and not English I can see Rembrandts influence in this piece. I had to photograph the painting outside in natural light because of the darks tones in the painting and the last image shows it hanging on the wall.
