Antique Cased French Silver & Enamel Sewing Etui / Set Circa 1900

Antique French sewing étui consisting of silver and enamel handled implements within their original faux leather fitted hinged case. The case measures a maximum of 13. 5 cm by 7.5 cm and is made of brown faux leather with brass catches with yellow silk and cream plush fitted interior. Inside the case is a sterling silver stiletto, crotchet hook, thimble, lidded needle case, silver handled scissors and a pin wheel. The tools have attractive repoussé silver decoration and all except the thimble and scissors are accented with cold painted red enamel. This antique etui dates circa 1900 and is offered in good condition. The red enamel on all the pieces has general wear. The silver is in good order with no dents or dings. The case is in good order with some edge wear.
