Antique Clear Cut Glass Perfume Scent Bottle with Sterling Silver Lid London 1896

Offered for your consideration is this fine quality antique dressing table scent bottle made of heavy clear cut glass. This perfume bottle has a globular shape and the glass is masterfully cut with elaborate cut design and with star cut base. The bottle is fitted with a pull off sterling silver lid full hallmarked for London 1896. The lid has attractive floral, scroll and fan repousse decoration with a central cartouche at the top engraved with the initials Dk and the date 1897. The lid pulls off to reveal a silver collar and the clear glass inner stopper.
