Description
This is an attractive antique hand woven woollen Heriz runner carpet dating from around 1920. The carpet has an unusual angular double lozenge design with stylised floral motifs in shades of rich red and warm ivory, olive and indigo. It is in good order and has a nice even pile and good selvedges.
