Antique Meerschaum Smoking Pipe, King Edward

A beautiful, rare antique Edwardian era meerschaum pipe. This is a finer pipe, very well carved as a portrait / bust of King Edward. There are lots of fine details to the meerschaum and the face. The pipe has a rich egg yolk amber stem and this pipe is an unusually large size. It comes in the original leather bound, velvet lined case though this does show some wear and has completely detached into two. A very nice example. Condition: Good used condition overall, signs of use, some scratches and nibbles to the mouthpiece, has been smoked and lots of charring evident in the bowl.
