Antique Moser Enamel & Gilt Miniature Chatelaine Perfume Scent Bottle

Fine antique miniature Moser chatelaine perfume bottle dating circa 1880. This scent bottle has a drop shape and is made of stunning bristol blue glass decorated with hand applied, raised enamel and gilt floral and foliate decoration. This antique perfume bottle is fitted with a gilt metal collar and hinged lid. The top of the lid has pretty engraved decoration and attached to the collar is the original suspensory chain and ring so that the bottle could be hung from a chain or chatelaine. The bottle retains the original matching bristol blue inner glass stopper. This antique perfume bottle measures a petite 5 cm in length (excluding the attached chain). It is offered in very good condition with no chips, cracks or fractures to the glass body or neck and the inner stopper is also undamaged. The lid fits firmly and securely and has no dents or dings. There is no wear to the enamel decoration.
