This is an antique oval collector's dome. An English, glass and ebonised mahogany clock case or botany showcase, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1900.
Charming oval form, offering versatility for multiple purposes that displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order. Medium sized oval dome, offering clear, quality glass. Cushion pad to the centre, finished in emerald green baize. Raised upon an ebonised base with a quartet of small bun feet.
