Antique Turquoise Glass Ormolu Mount Perfume Scent Bottle Circa 1880

On offer is this very attractive antique perfume bottle which dates circa 1880 and measures 6 cm in length. This scent bottle is made of the lovely turquoise blue glass with decorative pierced gilt metal ormolu mount encasing the glass and featuring kissing doves to the front and the rear. The bottle has a hinged scalloped lid with engraved domed top and has the original clear glass inner stopper. This antique perfume bottle is offered in good condition. The glass body has no chips, cracks or fractures. The lid fits firmly and securely and has no dents or dings and I can see no losses to the ormolu mount. The neck of the bottle is undamaged and the internal glass stopper is also free of damage.
