Antique Venetian Salviati Glass Bowl With Apple Finial Cover C1890

Technical Description A late 19th century Venetian Murano Salviati Co glass bowl with its original cover. The domed cover has an apple finial, the cover having a honeycomb moulded decoration. The main bolw is also honeycomb molded and has two face mask prunts acting as handle, one of either side. Sits on a circular foot. A superb and rare example in original damage free condition. Date & Origin Italy, c1890. Condition Excellent. No chips, cracks or restoration. Clean and clear. Dimensions Height: 16cm (including cover) Width: 11cm.
