Arts and Crafts Chairs for the Savoy Hotel

These chairs were made by the top cabinet making firm of Collinson and Lock. The design for this ladderback chair is often associated with T.E.Colcutt . This chairs design was used in the private dining rooms called the Pinafore room and the Sorcerer room at the Savoy Hotel , London . A photograph of a chair at the Savoy Hotel in 1900 supports this .
