Description
This is a beautiful Bidjar carpet dating from around 1930. The carpet is handwoven in soft lustrous wool and whilst a thick heavy carpet, it is also has a beautifully soft handle which helps it lay well. The carpet has a handsome design with three angular lozenges and geometric motifs in shades of deep indigo, coral and mid blue.
A carpet which is both beautiful and practical.
