An enchanting pastel portrait of a young child clutching a toy horse, presented in a delicate gilt oval frame.
Signed by the artist Arthur Hitchens and dated 1919 to bottom right.

In lovely antique condition - some wear and tear to the frame as can be seen in the pictures but an absolutely beautiful piece nonetheless. Will require new picture frame wire to the back.
