Each piece in my collection is chosen for its craftsmanship, authenticity, and quiet sense of history. I specialise in antique silver, maritime objects, property of a gentleman and late 19th century as well as early 20th century designs, curating items that tell the story of refined leisure and skilled workmanship.
These are objects made to be used, admired, and handed down—each one a small testament to the artistry and precision of its era.

Description
A highly decorative and historically important Edwardian display of 45 original British and Imperial campaign medal ribbons, beautifully mounted in their original glazed frame.
Produced shortly after the end of the Second Boer War, this attractive reference display illustrates the evolution of British military campaign and gallantry medals from the East India Company’s Seringapatam
Medal of 1799 through to the King’s South Africa Medal of 1901–02. Each original silk ribbon is individually mounted and hand-labelled beneath, making this both an educational piece and an impressive decorative item.
Among the ribbons represented are those for Waterloo (1815), the Crimean War, Indian Mutiny, China, New Zealand, Ashanti, Egypt, Sudan, West Africa, Uganda, the Second Boer War, together with ribbons for the Distinguished Conduct Medal, Conspicuous Gallantry Medal, and several foreign awards.
The display was designed by J. Wyatt of 90 Gloucester Street, Belgravia, a well-known London military outfitter and supplier of medal reference material during the late Victorian and Edwardian period.
The original silk ribbons retain excellent colour and remain complete, housed within what appears to be the original period frame. A superb piece for collectors of military history, medal enthusiasts, or anyone seeking an unusual decorative item with genuine historical significance.
