A truly elegant Edwardian negligé pendant necklace, finely crafted in 18ct white gold and set with three vibrant amethysts and two delicate seed pearls — a superb example of early 20th-century design and craftsmanship. At the centre sits a cushion-cut amethyst of rich purple hue, from which two asymmetrical pear-shaped amethyst drops are gracefully suspended on slender knife-edge bars, forming the classic negligé style so favoured in the Edwardian era. The drops are subtly adorned with seed pearls, adding a touch of gentle lustre and refinement. The pendant is fixed to an integral fine curb link chain, which fastens with a traditional spring clasp.
