George Hardy (British 1822-1909). A Moments Rest (1853). Oil on wood panel. Signed and dated lower right. Condition: Generally In good, ready-to-hang condition. There are some light horizontal surface scratches in the varnish layer. There is some fine craquelure towards the far left of the painting.
