Pencil drawing of a young lady. Miss Altrec. January 1909. Joseph Walter West was a painter and Lithographer. Studied at the Royal Academy and Julian Academy in Paris. Exhibited widely and is in many public collections including the Tate and National Gallery in Scotland.
