Overall, very nice proportions on this classic straight rail style Victorian bed. Absolutely gorgeous brass ring detail in the foot end, always a very popular style. Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned and tested for durability. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Little Greene’s Knightsbridge, waxed over to protect and give a soft sheen and tonal variation. All joints checked for secure fit.
