This is a pair of antique decorative butchery pigs. An English, plaster shop display figure, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.
Rare and unusual pair of display pigs in appealingly original order, displaying a desirable aged patina throughout. Jovial plaster figures with appealing facial character and anthropomorphic form. Each pig dressed in a butcher's apron and white coat, holding a serving tray. Ideal for a traditional butcher's shop or a character accent within a kitchen.
