This is a pair of antique duck egg cups. An English, sterling silver posy vase, dating to the Edwardian period, hallmarked 1904.
Fascinating silver examples, ideal for use at the breakfast table displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout. Quality sterling silver presents bright tonality and highly reflective. Charming foliate detail accentuates the flared rim edge. Hallmarked with the London assay mark with date letter I (i) for 1904. Maker's mark for H W & C Limited for Horace Woodward & Co.
