Chris Beetles of St James, London SWI label verso. Exhibited 1987. Pamela Kay is a British painter, known principally for her still life, floral or garden paintings in both watercolour and oil. She studied at Canterbury College of Art and then Royal College of Art, worked initially as a freelance textile designer and then in the 1970s returned to painting and became a full time artist in 1983. Since 1959, she has exhibited regularly at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions and in other galleries in UK, Holland and USA. She became a member of Royal Society of Painters in Watercolours (RWS) in 1986.
