Description
This is a beautiful iridescent glass jewellery box in perfect condition dating from the mid Victorian era (circa 1860). The lovely glass body of the box is infused with a soft pink, pearly iridescence and is beautifully over enamelled by hand with delightful wild roses and colourful holly sprigs. The box is mounted within a polished brass framework with circular brass clasps.
