On offer is this superb, rare Art Nouveau style perfume bottle by the designer Julien Viard for the Dubarry Perfumery Company for the fragrance "Heart of a Rose" dating to the 1920s.
This scent bottle measures 12 cm in height and is beautifully crafted from semi-translucent frosted glass with a luxurious, velvety "soft ice" finish with exquisite hand-painted gold leaf detailing featuring a cascading trail of wild roses and foliage down the front, finished with a gilded rim. The bottle features the signature glass stopper moulded into a multi-petaled rose motif. It retains the precision ground-glass plug that fits snugly into the neck.
Offered in very good condition with some minor nibbles around the neck rim where the stopper fits in mentioned soley for complete accuracy. Perfect for serious perfume bottle collectors, Art Nouveau enthusiasts, or as a breathtaking display piece on a vintage vanity. Ships securely with tracking.
