Regency Mahogany Drum Table

This is an attractive early 19th Century (c.1820) English Regency antique drum table, in lovely figured mahogany with ebony stringing and raised on sabre legs with brass claw castors and a cluster column supporting the circular top that has four mahogany lined frieze drawers and four dummy drawers, all with brass ring handles and original working locks. The top has a banded edge and an old inset leather writing surface with gold tooling.
