Description
This is one of 2 Stipple Engravings published April 1802 by R. Ackerman, The Strand , of drawings by Richard Cosway in the Teaching and Nurturing of children. This one entitled "Affection" heightened with watercolour and presented behind glass in a gilt wood frame.
The size of the engraving excluding the mount is 240mm high x 135mm wide, the frame size is shown below.
