Ridgway Stoneware Jug Emerald Green Bird Decoration

Wonderful 19th stoneware jug by William Ridgway & Co in emerald green glaze beautifully decorated with exotic birds and gilt accents on a bulbous body. Underneath the makers mark on an applied pad, and hand painted number 425 in red. Unique opportunity to own this scarce example of Ridgway pottery from the 19th century in great condition for age. In good antique condition with expected minor age related wear, no chips, no cracks, nor any repairs, minor losses to gilt and surface blemishes commensurate with age, please refer to detailed photos provided.
