Royal Doulton "The Falconer" D6279 Rack Plate

Offered for sale is "The Falconer" plate one of the nine character plates in the Royal Doulton "The Professionals" seriesware collection. This version is numbered D6279, the falconer in this version is depicted wearing a green tunic with matching green collar trimmed in red, a light grey undershirt with a royal blue sleeve. He wears a red cap with a grey feather and perched on his glove is his beloved falcon. The rim is decorated with clouds and what look to be herons.
