Superb Pair of Giltwood Wall Mirrors Vine Leaf - 19th Century

This is an exceptional pair of hand carved gilt wood mirrors dating from the early 19th Century. The mirrors, circa 1830, have beautifully detailed vine leaf and grape vine detail to the frames and are both in really remarkable complete condition for their age. The mirror glass appears to be the original plates which both have a little antique sugaring and some minor spotting as to be expected with age. The mirrors have their original gilding which has a most attractive rich gold antique appearance. A really striking pair of exceptional mirrors that make a bold decorative statement in any situation.
