Victor Vasarely 1906-1997 was a Hungarian French artist. Founder, leader of the Op Art movement in the 1930s. He exhibited in 1965 with English artist Bridget Riley in New York. The Responsive Eye Exhibition. Their work became known as Optic Art or Op Art. When moving past the print the design itself appears to be moving. Framed acetate print.
