My wife and I have been in the Antiques trade for over 28 years initially in Scotland and for the past few years the Cotswolds. We began trading at fairs as far afield as Edingburgh, Swinderby, Kempton, Ardingly and Detling to name but a few.
For many years from its inception in 1998 until 2018 successfully trading at The Scottish Antique Centre Doune ,selling a broad range of stock with a particular passion for Arts and Crafts furniture and metalware.
Over the years whilst travelling hundreds of thousands of miles in the UK we have gained great experience and a thorough knowledge of the antiques trade.

Description
A lovely Victorian needlework tapestry titled "The Flight Into Egypt" dates to approximately 1890. It features intricate needlework depicting the biblical scene. The tapestry is housed in a giltwood and stucco frame, characteristic of the period's decorative style.
Presented in good antique condition with minor marks and some small losses to the original giltwood and stucco glazed frame.
