The box has an attractive octagonal shape and is decorated with detailed mosaic-style marquetry to the lid and sides. It opens to reveal a vibrant red velvet interior, making it ideal for storing jewellery, watches, cufflinks, keepsakes or other small treasures. It has been restored and hand polished finish, to a high standard.
