Description
Vintage mid century tall boy chest of drawers made by Meredrew in the 1960s. Six drawers with brass effect handles. Highly polished veneer over solid wood (not chipboard!) and teak splayed leg base.

Barnaby's of Battle has clarified that the Vintage Tall Boy Chest of Drawers by Meredrew 1960s (LA501097) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1960s
condition
Condition is pretty good: structurally sound and the drawers run fine; cosmetically there are a few nibbles to the bottom edges here and there; a white mark or scratch on the left side (see pics) and the odd scuff but not much. Some oxidisation on the handles; enough to be authentic..
