Description
A nicely painted watercolour landscape painting by Edwin Earp (1851 - 1945) showing a hillside with a haystack, the landscape falling away into a wooded valley. The painting is signed in the bottom right corner E Earp, and is presented in a moulded gilt frame and white mount.
Edwin Earp came from a large family of British artists and painted landscape scenes from across the British isles and Europe, though mostly favouring Scotland, Wales and the lake District.
