Unsigned, artist unknown, but attributed to George Cattermole (1800-1868) or Charles Cattermole (1832-1900).
Oil on board. Gilt gesso frame (more modern).
Provenance on reverse - label with details of scene from Don Quixote - "Chap 31, p 36, Globe Edition".
