Antonio Da Ros Murano Large Orange Vase

This fabulous piece of glass is hand blown and by Antonio Da Ros who worked for the Murano glass company Cenedese as artistic director for 30 years from 1959. - Large, heavy piece. - Beautiful orange colour with a pinkish luminescence. - Folded rim. - Large polished pontil. - Hand made with the tiny bubbles and internal imperfections expected. In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. Minor scratches to the base, but no chips or cracks.
