Chelmsford Destination Sign - Train Station Name Plate c.1930

This original c1930 train station destination sign which came from Liverpool Street Station is made of wood and has a red background with the name of the station Chelmsford in hand painted white lettering to one side. This great looking sign was used at Liverpool Street Station as a destination indicator panel for trains travelling to Chelmsford in Essex. A great looking sign that makes a very nice decorative piece for the home, bar, hotel or restaurant. Material: Painted wood. Date: c1930 An original antique railway sign and not a reproduction.
