Description
This is a wonderfully painted watercolour of 'A walk in the park' by Impressionist, Listed artist Joseph Otto Flatter 1894-1988 (two of three I have listed by this artist). It has a subtle use of colours. It is unsigned but province on the back. It dates 1960s and comes in a grey more modern frame under glass.
