Description
This is a wonderfully painted watercolour of 'The Fir Tree in my Garden' by Impressionist, Listed Artist Joseph Otto Flatter 1894-1988 (three of three i have listed by this artist). Unsigned but province on the back. It has a subtle use of colours. It dates 1960s and comes in a grey more modern frame under glass.
