Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches and one small area of damage to canvas, with a small repair on the reverse but overall fine and all part of its character. Priced accordingly. A beautiful painting. This item is obviously delicate and the gesso frame fragile. Therefore, whilst every care will be taken to pack this item extremely well, I cannot guarantee that some pieces of plaster will not become fragmented and dislodged. Please understand this before committing to buy and it will need to be understood that the item cannot be returned for this reason. If you can collect from London, that would obviously be ideal but we are prepared to pack and post.
