This is a pair of antique decorative bookends. An English, leather dressed book rest, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.
Fascinating colour and tactility to this executive book end that displays a desirable aged patina and in good order. Quality leather finish in tan and crimson hues. Protective red fabric to the base. Gold tooled maker's mark for Walter Jones of Sloane Street, London.
