Description
A superb example of Art Nouveau glass by the great John Walsh Walsh. This wonderful piece has a gossamer iridescent finish in greens, blues and golds. The naturalistic body has an organic form in the style of an open flower bud, with optic ribbing. The base is similarly ribbed and has a broken pontil mark underneath and a registration mark.
A striking decorative piece with a practical use.
