Unusual Victorian Pollard Oak Davenport

The slope has a green leather writing surface. This is hinged and opens to reveal a mahogany interior with three drawers, two short over one long dummy drawer. The front second has two barley twist columns with additional turnings to the top and base of each column. Each side shows a bank of drawers with one side being faux drawers, a pull out and pivot pen slide on the opening drawer side. The back of the davenport has pollard oak veneers, along with a rectangular apron, which also has matching pollard oak veneer. All stood on 4 squat bun feet.
