As we wave goodbye to another busy month here at LoveAntiques.com, we finish on a high with our 'Dealer of The Month,' Marylebone Antiques.
Specialising in English, French, and Swedish antique furniture ranging from 18th Century to the late 20th Century, Marylebone Antiques (formerly Church Street Antiques) is a family affair with the company being run by Stuart Shuster and his two sons, Andrew and James Shuster. The business is made up of two parts; Marylebone Antiques, which is run by Stuart and Retrospective Interiors, which is overseen by Andrew and James.
Both businesses are run from a shop situated in Church Street in the heart of London's Antique Industry, and over the past 40 years or so they have successfully built a reputation on being able to source and supply quality 19th century antiques and mid-century furniture for their customers, whilst gaining a wealth of experienc in the antiques trade. And with an ever-growing amount of stock, the brothers also have a warehouse, which is soon to be expanded to accommodate this stock. Both locations can be visited by customers, although visits to the warehouse are by appointment only.
Of course, if you would rather browse their stock from the comfort of your armchair, you can visit their on-line shop on LoveAntiques.com where you will also find links to their websites for Marylebone Antiques and Retrospective Interiors. So, whatever it is you're looking for whether it be retro dining furniture, antique chairs, chic lighting or classic ornamental pieces, Marylebone Antiques are likely to have it, and if not, they will do their best to try and source it for you; that's the sort of service we like to hear about!
