Description

This is a silvered dial & bevelled glass solid mahogany shell / paterae inlaid aneroid barometer with painted line decoration. It has all the charm, quality and character of a George III swan neck wheel barometer but without the risk of open mercury. Mercury thermometer housed in a convex detachable mahogany case dates from the late 19th Century.
