Bone china. A Spode London shape tea cup and saucer decorated with a wide border of diagonal gilt lines and stars overlaid on a dark blue ground with groups of gilt acorns beneath. The bases of both pieces bear the hand-written name. Spode and the pattern number, 2847.

In excellent, original, sound condition with just some very minor wear to one or two areas of gilding.
