Description

This is a fine antique sterling silver teapot stand made by John Emes and clearly hallmarked in London 1804.

It is in very good condition with only minor surface usage marks. It stands firmly on a raised weighted base which gives good stability. The stand is oval in shape with a raised rim and has never been inscribed.

A fine antique piece from this well known Georgian silversmith. (NB any shadows shown in photographs are merely reflections).
