These are an attractive pair of silver plated wine coasters with turned wooden bases which are covered in green baize.
Silver plated on copper they are in very good condition with no repair or damage. The underlying copper is showing on some high parts.
The coasters are of quite large size and will easily hold wine bottles and indeed will take a decanter of 5 ins width (13 cms).

Wentworth Silver has clarified that the pair of silver plated wine coasters (1334 / LA113098) are genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1930.
