Antique Onyx and 0.7ct Diamond, Platinum Pendant - Art Deco - Circa 1930

A fine and impressive antique onyx and 0.72 carat diamond, platinum Art Deco pendant; part of our diverse antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique Art Deco pendant has been crafted in platinum. The drop style Art Deco pendant displays a feature collet set cabochon onyx segmented into two sections, divided by a band platinum band ornamented with six Old European cut diamonds. The outer circumference of the feature cluster design is encircled with a paralleling platinum border embellished with twenty Old European cut diamonds. This feature Art Deco onyx and diamond design is suspended from an unembellished tapering setting. The pendant suspends from a contemporary 18' 18 ct white gold trace chain via an integrated ring loop to the upper border of the design, and secures with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening. This impressive pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.
