Burr Walnut Pair of Bedsides

Pleasant pair of 1930’s beside cabinets each with an open nook, great for books, as well as Bakelite and steel handles. Inside each cabinet space is 1 shelf. This pair of small cabinets are not only limited to bedrooms but they could work well in any room either side of a sofa or perhaps a bookshelf. In a good sturdy condition with some age related wear overall as shown. Inside the back of each there are circular holes possibly made to modernise them for electrical appliances or to keep an air flow which will help prevent musky smells. Originates from the UK.
