I am listing a small collection of Indian Colonial Georgian silver flatware by unusual makers with a Scottish connection. All in good collectors’ condition with clear hallmarks. A very rare Indian Colonial silver Hanoverian pattern four-pronged dessert fork in by John Mair of Calcutta, who was active between 1789 and 1796. Contemporary late 18th c monogram ‘JL’ in cursive script.
